Prepare to design and operationalize a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)!

The PECB ISO 22301:2019 Lead Implementer training course prepares you to support an organization in establishing, managing, and maintaining a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).

The BCMS establishes a framework that allows organizations to continue operating efficiently during disruptive events.

What Is ISO 22301?

ISO 22301 specifies requirements for the BCMS, providing a comprehensive framework that enables organizations to effectively anticipate, prepare, respond, and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of their operations.

ISO 22301 provides requirements that are suitable for every organization regardless of the type, size, or complexity of operations, allowing them to adapt the standard to their unique operating environments. ISO 22301 is particularly useful for organizations aiming to maintain service delivery during disruptions and strengthen their overall resilience.

Why Should You Attend?

Disasters can have severe adverse effects on an organization and can result from natural events, information security breaches, or various other incidents. They are often unpredictable and proper planning is essential in reducing risks, minimizing consequences, and managing the negative impacts of disasters and incidents while ensuring the continuity of daily operations to meet customer needs without interruption.

Establishing a BCMS based on ISO 22301 can help organizations progress toward understanding and managing disasters, incidents, and risks. By participating in this training course, you will learn the best practices of business continuity management, enabling the establishment of a framework that ensures an organization’s continued operational effectiveness during disruptive events.

The training course is followed by a certification exam. After successfully passing the exam, you may apply for a “PECB Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer” certification which is UKAS accredited and internationally recognized.
